Might as well post here.
I'm a new member.
I like heated debate. I don't like oppression (government). I don't like invasion of privacy. I don't like people who think a guy like Hitler can never exist again, especially the "not in America" types. Probably already made some enemies right there!
I love politics, because it fills the void that soap operas fill for some other people. Mostly US politics, with a generous portion of Latin American politics (the REALLY fun stuff right there).
I'm also heavily into tech.
I'm a new member.

Southern Dad Dives In

Over the years, I've joined several forums. Usually they are a specific interest but happen to have a political area. Since I was born debating, I naturally gravitate toward the political forum. I identify myself as a Complicated Republican. While I agree with the republicans on fiscal issues, on many social issues I'm farther left than many democrats. Regardless of your political leanings, I'll always defend your right to express your opinion.
