I don't know who the people are. But I'd trade my drudgery any day for farming and running a pizza joint. Look at the snow. That's why Ex's post count goes through the roof in the winter. He's stuck in his igloo. Ex, you are luckier than most to be doing what you love and not what you have to.

The farm might be going up for sale soon though. It depends on what I decide to do. I don't need that land to make pizza. So it might be better for my parents to cash out and just pay back what I've invested. Who knows. I haven't figured out if I want to farm or not.

The big hurdle is our emotional attachment to it. We may sever it into pieces and sell some off while keeping the parts we really like - maybe 10 acres of field and the hardwood forest. Sell the rest to the farm next door for feed.

Saw on ebay where some phones are selling for $5,000 since it has Flappy Birds installed on it.

My take? What a sad commentary on the human race. We are so goddamn entrenched in our own pathetic myopic little world of constantly needing to be entertained, that we are willing to spend illogical amounts of money for our entertainment.
