Tips aren't usually taxed in the US. We already explained this to you Dobby but you're ignoring it because the British have a natural disposition towards dishonesty and stinginess.

In the debate I'm having with spider this hasn't once been brought up as I assumed in general we were referring to legal examples in general. Bringing in any tax avoidance opens up a whole new can of worms. I know numerous people that have been paid 'underhand' here to avoid tax.

I don't mind servers avoiding taxes when so much money is going to the DOD and to the oppression of our citizens through the DEA/NSA ect and the top 5% have the ability to avoid paying taxes through all the loopholes they get.
