i got half a sub today instead of a whole sub.

Today I opened a can of tuna and dumped it in a bowl. After searching through the cupboard for a while I found a can of pinto beans which I rinsed and then poured on the tuna. I put a little balsamic vinaigrette on top and then stirred.


I could be the head chef of a fancy restaurant in England.

1 can van camp ( my choice, but any will do) pork and beans,+1 pound hamburger,+onion,1/2 chopped, salt pepper = Trail chow.
Brown hamburger and onion. add beans ,salt pepper. For extra yum yum, pour over butterd toast.

I needed a snack, so I stopped by the store on my way home yesterday and picked up a small loaf of herbed ciabatta bread. Sliced that shit up, spread a little basil pesto on top, put two or three sun-dried tomatoes on that, and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Awesome little treat.

i made a really quick pasta salad.

broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, farfalla pasta, raw onions, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salad supreme, some thyme. tasty.
