I think I've mentioned it before but Stephen A. Smith was also great when he was covering the 76ers locally in Philadelphia. When you get on ESPN you have to cater to people who like the soap opera more than the actual game in order to make all that money.

yeah but the diehards are really stupid in NY even by sports radio standards. Philly fans are irrational but actually know sports.

Oh well, in terms of hockey, I mean most Flyers diehards are complete morons too. Eagles fans may have drank the kool aid this year, Flyers fans do it Every. Single. Year.
