the 36 minute scene of wildfire exploding in season 2 could probably have been halved and paid for a bigger throne room.

well i think the blackwater scene had a pretty high cost floor if they wanted to have boats exploding and a siege and adding a few more minutes was probably not that much more expensive than the bare minimum
and it wasn't just the throne, it was also the entire set. those columns would all have to be higher, as would the walls, etc etc.
i do feel though that the painting i showed portrayed something no man would create, so violent and huge and yo ucan't think of humans putting it together, it hints at the magic behind it, while the throne in the show is something that you could think about humans creating
