i agree parts of it seemed like they intentionally made it hard to see -- i thought at some points that it was my theater as well, so i'm sure it wasn't. for the most part the visuals were great though. but yeah, the movie had so many holes and they just tried to plug it with shit. doesn't work

i was mostly just disappointed. what i don't understand is how rotten tomatoes has it at 93% fresh score from critics, same as A New Hope, while the audience ratings is at 57% positive... yeah sure some people are just trolls, but the movie wasn't good on balance, why are movie critics saying this was good? there's so much wrong with it... it was written and \directed by some guy named rian johnson, and i put the blame on him. i loved The Force Awakens. this though? bad. porgs were cute though so i guess there's that

I'm happy that I go into these with low expectations. It was entertaining. I enjoyed it for what it was and I'm moving on.
