Being cognizant of New York's clear position as the culinary leader of America doesn't mean I think everyone else is slurping down IHOP. I said there's lots of great food outside NY.

It is so incredibly douchey to brag about your city on the basis of food, lol. Nobody gives a f**k if NY has the most one stars. Eating at restaurants and taking pride in it is for total jerkoffs - go home and make your own food, that is something worth bragging about.

I don't really have time for serious cooking so if I want something good I eat out. Otherwise I just eat like tuna and raw vegetables and shit like that.
