Too many to list. I have had 7 year old cheese though. Wasn't my thing. 3 was good.

There's a few cheese boutique shops around Ohio I've been to . I've had chocolate cheese and it's pretty good. Favorite though is pretty much bacon cheddar cheese.

Love lots of cheeses, but if I had to pick one type I'd go with manchego. I love it long time.

cheddar is the standard go to cheese. big fan of munster on roast beef sandwiches, although i don't eat that anymore.

as far as eating cheese by itself it'd have to be brie or camembert or something like that. nothing beats some bake brie with a little jam or grapes or something.

I eat more cheddar than anything, but my favorite is Brie. Put some on a turkey sandwich, throw it under the broiler for a bit, yum yum.

can't go wrong with bleu. but to be fair, i like pretty much all cheeses

cheeses i don't like is much shorter: brie & drunken goat -- i ate them both around the same time in quick succession and not only did i not find them tasty i also broke out in f**k hives (first and only time that has happened)

american cheese is not cheese and therefore is not a cheese i do not like. but i don't like that shit.

Hmmm. Tough to pick one.

There are some cheeses that I like because I don't eat them often - meunster, havarti, gorgonzola, etc. Then, there are the normal ones for samiches and stuff - cheddar, swiss, colby, etc. Those all certainly have their uses. But, I don't think that any one of them is an ideal "all around" cheese.

But, parmesan is pretty good on just about anything. Put it on salads, pizza, burgers or whatever. Incorporate into batter for awesome fried foods. Bake in the oven for great cheese chips. I'd say that, while I rarely ever say, "Wow - this is the best" about parmesan, it's the one cheese that I've always got in my fridge and miss the most.

BTW, can anyone think of a food that cheese can't go with? So far, I've only come up with one thing - cereal. Thai food was close, but then I had some with a little goat cheese mixed in, and it was good.

If it doesn't come frozen in a large bag, I won't eat it

fish and cheese is one of the few gag inducing foods i can think of.
