Stones were before my time so I havent really gotten into them though the few I have gotten into I liked.
On BJM if you listen to their early albums you can tell they were trying really hard to be not a copy of TRS but rather an updated version of them, even their albums (like Their Satanic Majesties Second Request) were practically named after the early RS albums. Its almost as if early BJM was what the Stones were to become had their music not evolved into mainstream and stayed with their blues roots.

Keith Richards really is an under-rated guitarist, imho. A true master of the sound produced by the Telecaster model instrument. Not quite as distinctive of a lead sound as Albert Collins or Danny Gatton, though.

I enjoyed the doc. Excellent marketing the Stones as the anti-beetle bad boys. Ditto for how well they developed their persona's... I guarantee underneath the musician lie calculating businessmen.
