Do you use it? Curious to see how popular it is. Friend recommended it to me and at first I thought it was awesome but I miss something about listening to a CD the full way through and really getting a sense of an artist's work. But it's nice just to see some new names without having to browse through review sites and make all the connections between bands myself.
My radio list (probably forgetting a few):
Roots radio
Q-Tip radio
2pac radio
UGK radio
RJD2 radio
El-P radio
Danger Doom radio

I used to use it to help me figure out which albums I want to download. But now I'm bounded by dignity not to download any more.

My favorite: Eric B and Rakim Radio. Add in elements: Big Daddy Kane, De La Soul, Tribe Called Quest, Slick Rick and Grandmaster Flash. Thumbs down anything that came out after the early 90s. After a few hours you'll have an excellent station.

labels are beginning to dump spotify because they don't get paid enough. i noticed it a couple of days ago when a ton of bands i listen to were missing albums suddenly. it's ridiculous.

I have spotify but don't use it really. I just listen to the music I have and hope to get recommended new stuff.
