I actually have a friend in Philadelphia that created his own charity that does something similar to this. They donate video games and other things towards the disabled in hospitals.

Somewhat, if the game's tampered with in any way and a kid plays it it's their ass on the line.

Can't they check them? It really wouldn't be hard.
I just think it's dumb, because people would be MUCH more willing to part with old, used video games.

Playing through all of every used game? They'd need a new department for that.
