Also, rather than making a separate thread, I'm just going to announce here that due to the extensive effort required in putting together the first Annual Philly Bauce PCF Man of the Year Award™, there will be no December 2012 Philly's Top 5 Posters™.

1. If non doesn't win, this is clearly the PCF equivalent of the Oscars.

2. No women or people of colour nominations. You are a sexist racist child predator.

3. Your integrity is on the line here. Remember that.

Also to further explain, the score each semi-finalist is given will be rated against their final public vote score to a ratio of 1:1.

so if mrs x gets a score of 17 but only 1 vote, final score 17. So if you really want people to win you'll have to argue and make the case for them, so others vote and shit.

ITS LIKE A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM OF VOTING.

Imagine if they did that in baseball.
