I have always been interested in North Korea and what the people are going through. This is an article with a series of photos that show some amazing day to day scenes, some even we can relate to

I dont think the photos are staged, and clearly the happy beach scenes and picnic in the park are the elite at play and not much else. David Guttenfelder has a reputation for getting candid photos out of North Korea and is smart enough to known what not to photograph

I'm sure those are likely photos of the elite of NK society. They have it pretty good, just like in any other society.

Serious money to be made in North Korea. Labour is cheap as chips there lol. I know this Chinese girl who works for a British firm that source household goods from China to sell in UK. She buys some components from NK. It's brilliant, you can source from NK, import to China, label it up 'Made in China', falsify the paperwork and sell it to Europe/American etc. Awesome.
