See, this kind of thing can happen when a populace is nice and stoned, mellow, not having been incarcerated more than any other country on earth or otherwise given life imprisonment for growing a weed in our backyard. While mellow, entitled, and high, we can't give a rat's ass what our money looks like, it's still worth more than yours even with pictures of titties on it.
