Posted: Wed Feb 20, 2013 9:44 amA 500-seater restaurant in Time Square is obviously going to be terrible. Anyone who eats there is likely to be a tourist and so is never coming back. Thus it doesn't matter to the owners if the food and service are bad because they'll still get their money and every day hundreds of hungry people will walk through the door.
