And, that's why I eat only Louisiana seafood. Yes, it's a bit more expensive. But, I know that it is what it says it is. And, I know that it was probably swimming wild less than 24 hours ago. And, I know it wasn't frozen.

That's why I only get mine from Uso-Tsuki Sushi. I get to pick their fatty tuna from their fish tank and they fry it right in front of me.

Really isn't all that different from slipping horse meat into burger. Relaxed or non-existent regulation and enforcement guarantees consumers will be defrauded.

I pay for taste, not the particular fish. If someone could find me crab that tastes like lobster, defraud me all you want.

I never was able to get into sushi.
I guess the moral of this story is you get what you pay for. These type of sushi purchases are cheaper than in a restaurant. I guess only eat sushi in a restaurant from now on....

Tuna salad = ok. Everything else can just go on someone else's plate.
