I started Kettlebell up again...and I'm sore all over. Ugh.
Do you guys workout? Exercise? With what? How often?
Indulge us all.

If it's the first time you've exercise for a while you'll feel sore for a few days if you let the muscles rest. The best thing to do is to repeat the exercise motion with high reps the following day with lighter weight. Don't do the full exercise because your muscle needs rest, but go through the motions.

I do it three days a week, MWF. They're getting rest.

i run, with shoes usually
well i have a treadmill too
i had planned to do 2 marathons in june but i realized i was too lazy and not signing up made me even more lazy. so now it's a half in july and 2 in october and i signed up
longs on sundays, progressivly more but it's 8 right now
tues wed thurs sat 3-5. i think im gonna add in more so i do 3 every morning plus those though, and i should really do some lifting mon fri

If the goal is to lose weight....anaerobic wins every f**k time. Cardio is lame.

well goal is 2 marathons in month but that's also wrong. you burn fat most efficiently around 50% max heart rate, and less as you increase. on the other hand you also burn more total calories of course (just less from fat) higher towards anaerobic. so i do sprint training some days anyway

Yeah but that's why kettlebells rock...I can do anaerobic exercises and keep my heart rate elevated by doing short one minute breaks. It's amazing.

3 - 5 days a week depending on my work and fapping schedule.
I do 3 days of cardio with a lil' bit of weights to keep the muscles awake...and then 1 heavy weight day.
Since my back surgery I can't jog
so this has become my new lord and master:
3K on that and all my problems go away.
