Excel help

Ok, I'm not great with excel, so I was wondering if anyone could help me.

For my dissertation I need to analyse constituency age data. I've got to divide each cell in one column by each cell in another column.

For example

.. X. Y. . Z
1 55 75
2 66 91
3 77 22
4 88 68

Please ignore the full stops, I couldn't fathom how to create a table. The X column is the one that begins with 55, Y with 75, Z has nothing in it.

Ok in my (terrible) table I want the answer for X1 divided by Y1 to be in Z1, X2 divdied by Y2 to be in Z2, X3 divided by Y3 to be in Z3 etc. I know how to do it individually (in Z1 put =X1/Y1) but I have over 500 results so this would be very time consuming doing each one individually. So basically is there a way i can do each one at once. As in all the cells in X being divided by the cell next to it (in the Y column). Sorry if this is confusing, I'm a bit terrible at explaining this sort of stuff. But any help would be mutch appreciated.

Once you have individually written the formula into a couple cells, double click the bottom right corner of the last Z cell you manually entered it into. That should auto-fill the rest of them.

Or... you can type it in the first cell and then drag it down as far as you need.... bit late now I guess lol.

OK this bit is even more tricky and I'm lost so apologese for asking for help again. And I'm not sure that anyone will know how to do this but here's hoping.

I need to work out the statistical significance of my results. In one column I have the voter turnout for each constituency and in the other I have my independent variable (education in this case). I can see there's a correlation between the two, both from a line of best fit in a scatter graph and by calculating Pearson's correlation. Both columns contain percentages (don't know if that matters). But I don't have a clue in the slightest (despite hours of searching through google) of how to calculate if these are statisticall significant (p<0.05) or not. Any ideas?
