Hit up the whitey burbs of East, West, and North Valley. Stay away from the browner parts of Central Mesa and Central/South Phoenix and the libby parts of Tempe since its filled with the radical ASU student lefty cry babies. There are very pro-Joe parts of Mesa though (read Mormons) like North Mesa up to the Indian res. Ahwatukee, Gilbert, Chandler except the 2 square mile radius of downtown Chandler (read brown people), Sun Lakes, Peoria, Sun City for sure (read old whites scared of browns... the ones not cutting their shrubbery that is).
I guess the better answer is to set up shop everywhere you see SUVs with some protestant evangelical ministry window sticker with painted on representations of their family members and pets, well maintained stucco and tile neighborhoods with ladies in yoga pants out for a speed walk holding Starbucks in one hand, or areas with well visited malls having a Coach store within it and a Harkins Theater megaplex with valet parking is where you'll find the easy sigs.
I suppose the most traffic will be at the Basha's, Fry's, or Safeway grocery stores in the areas I've described. The malls tend to have over zealous mall-cops in electric carts that will hassle you IMO. Walmart? I guess you could try if you profile (discriminate against swarthier skinned folks) for potential signers.

have worked in the sun city/sc west/surprise area so far. going well. easy 150-250 sigs/day. only place that has given me problems so far was olive garden lol (yesterday was mothers day so it was jam packed, 40 sigs/hour) bitch manager was already on the phone w/ pd when she demanded i leave. thx for the other recommendations, will check them out if this area gets stale. been surprised out how this issue breaks down entirely by race. haven't gotten one hispanic to sign yet lol.

kind of pissed. we were too effective. the recall ppl basically gave up a few days after we showed up. should have negotiated a failure to qualify bonus.
