I'm pretty sure droneman is in the wrong here as there is a clear expectation of privacy within ones home, especially if we're on the third floor and behind the side with the fence.

I would soooo get a kick out of trying to take the "drone" out. Some sort of weighted net, followed up by a baseball bat. I'd might even risk a sling shot in city limits.

That looks a lot like the Parrot AR Drone that I have (wife bought it as a christmas gift a couple of years ago), and the camera on it is for shit.

Also, any gust of wind will send it into the trees. I know because mine got stuck in a tree for a couple of days till I finally figured how to get it out.

While the guy was "trying" to see something, he really isn't going to see much based on the lack of stability and camera quality.
