Ability to Fly or a Talking Dog?

Which would you rather have? The ability to fly or talking dog with the intellect of Brian from Family Guy?
Flying would be pretty cool, there's a lot of things I could do if I could fly, but it's not very social. A talking dog would also be pretty cool, but it's not flying. I'm undecided. Which one would you pick?

Flying. Although how fast are you flying? Because if it's the same speed as walking that would seem pointless. Useful though if you are trying to be a voyeur.

I'm going to have to go with flight. A talking dog would be pretty cool and you could use it to your economic advantage or whatever but flying is AWESOME! I would love to see how high I could go.

Plus what Medius said. The true potential of being able to fly is completely unknown until you go out and try some stuff.

I can make much more money by flying than from a talking dog. Sure, I could whore-out the dog on talk shows for a few months, and perhaps even get some research money. Maybe even a nice endorsement deal from Iams or something. But, that's about it.

Flying? I'd get all that and more.
