So in a fit of nostalgia I decided to get a Nintendo 3DS and the new Pokemon game. Went to Gamestop, they were sold out of 3DS. The guy says well hey check out this 2DS.

Ok.
Can I open it?
No.
Do you have a model in store?
No.
Ok well if I don't like it I can just bring it back right?

fortunately Wal-Mart had 3DS in stock (seriously this Gamestop is poorly managed).

But how is it that copyright law has gotten so bad that they are afraid of somebody buying a game console and returning it?
