Whose up for pooling together and buying some prime Detroit real estate?

We could raise like $20,000, buy a block of homes, and spend the remaining $17,000 on assault rifles, fertilizer (dual use), barbed wire, fortifications and area lights. Then I'll start an organic vegetable and herb farm, and we'll use these and other plants to finance our operations. It will be the ultimate convergence of right-wing and left-wing stereotypes in one community.

I have no actual interest in making use of said facilities but it could be a pretty cool way to flip some property into an all inclusive accommodation for rent to lazy survivalists.

Having to have a giant perimeter fence and watch towers at each corner would take a lot of the fun out of it.

Houses for a hundred bucks. Seriously even in shitty Detroit how can those values do anything but go up. Lol I could buy a house for less than a nice dinner and a night at the bar.

I'm seriously thinking about making a purchase. It all depends on the tax situation. I'd just like to be able to say I own property in a third world country.

I'm trying to figure out what use I could have for a house in Detroit? I could rent it but I live halfway across the country and know nothing about property management. Plus who the f**k wants to rent a house that can be bought for 100 bucks?

If I lived anywhere near Detroit id definitely buy it just as a crash pad after going to sporting events or concerts etc.
