This is actually very smart. If you are already wealthy and well connected then it doesn't make much sense to spend 4 years at school. However, the degree is obviously still necessary.

I love the inclusion of a non-disclosure agreement. As if that means anything. A document signed between parties participating in illegal activities is non-enforceable.
Seems like a guy accepted to Harvard would know that.

Just goes to show that credentials of this sort don't actually serve any purpose or have any perceived value for their possessors other than to satisfy a meaningless social ritual

Beyond stupid. Going to any kind of professional school isn't just about the book learning (which is itself important) but professionalization and networking. You have to be able to talk and think like a lawyer if you want to use your degree for anything other than as an expensive table mat (or to plaster it on the wall in your used car dealership). The whole process takes years of being berated by your academic superiors, getting frustrated, thinking you're going to quit, and pushing forward, in order to fully internalize all the standards and assumptions of your chosen field.
But then again, it's craigslist, so someone probably created it as a joke. Again though, if it's real, it defies the imagination how anyone could possibly be that dumb.

You thought that was the basis for an inspiring scene? Maybe I'm less cynical than I thought I was. :/

also not sure how:
"in order to fully internalize all the standards and assumptions of your chosen field"
=
But whatever. Don't ever let anyone say I don't have a way with words.
