I wouldn't have my kids taking the SAT anyway. I want them have opertunity to a real education and they would possible to do that if they take this test.

Good decision. Why not make it more practical? Plus people shouldn't be using unnecessarily complicated or obscure terms anyway. It's shoddy writing to do so.

SAT is a stupid test, easily gamed. The vocabulary is stupid also, it's basically screening for super study Asians who memorized everything, and people who took Latin.

SAT is easily the most useless and unnecessary test in existence.

The SAT (or some type of standardized testing) is necessary for determining college admissions because otherwise there would be a bunch of idiots who went to really easy schools in college.

ACTs are much better tests as the SAT just shows how well you can take the SAT

No ACT is significantly worse. The scoring is compressed to a lidicrous degree and testing science is stupid, do that in science class. All of these tests should be more like the LSAT, which I have to say is the most well designed test I have taken. You shouldn't be able to "learn" standardized tests.
