Let's imagine a scenario where you travel back in time to college years and found out that the girl you really wanted during Junior year also really wanted you.
You didn't know it at the time so nothing ever developed of it, so you remained single at the time. You travel back in time, and you are in your Junior year body (so there isn't a younger version and an older version of you that exists simultaneously), but you have the knowledge you have now. Now, you're married, but you weren't during your Junior year. Is it okay to bang that girl? Would you be unfaithful if you do?

If you travelled back in time you are no longer married, as your marriage is still in the future. It would only technically be infidelity if time in both timelines was still passing and parallel. I think. Because otherwise your entire marriage would be nonexistent.

no because you're in an alternate timeline. your wife would also be in her younger body or whatever anti-paradox thing you're talking about.

People don't seem to understand that time traveling and making different decisions will change your future. Who is to say you don't end up marrying that woman? or form a suicide pact with her?

So, you're going back into the past, and inhabiting your own body. And, you're going to a college. Option A is to go to the physics department, and discuss the matter with them. You'll probably want to bring in some philosophy professors, because you also have the moral dilemma of "being" married. I'm sure that there is a theological aspect, also, so bring in a theologian. Once you have assembled your panel, you can present your problem to them. After a few weeks, I'm sure that they will be able to advise you properly.
Or, Option B is to just bang her brains out.
I'd choose Option B.

OP isn't ambitious enough. Non would go back to 6th grade and become a boy genius and then in 4 years begin his conquest of all the HS poon he did not get.
