milk, cream, buttermilk, sugar, whey, and corn syrup
Doesn't look that disgusting. Even when counting the other ingredients, not that bad. Basically:
mono-and diglycerides - vegetable fat
vanilla extract = vanilla
guar gum = extract of the guar bean
calcium sulfate = basically, the mineral gypsum, used as a coagulant (also found in tofu and other "healthy" foods)
carob bean gum = extract of the carob bean, substitute for cocoa
cellulose gum = another emulsifier, found in gluten-free and low-fat products
carrageenan - made from seaweed
artificial flavor - fake vanilla
annatto - natural coloring
Probably not the best for you, but certainly nothing bad in there.

Carrageenan is debatable. Some say it is dangerous, some say no it's not..
Anyway I just wonder why do they need all those additives in something as simple as ice cream? Being it's Walmart maybe it's made in China and those are needed as preservatives, etc.. I don't know..
Just seems weird.
