This is the first inaugural Exploited PCF Man of the Year Award for Meritorious Conduct. Nominations shall take place two days after the annual Philly Bauce PCF Man of the Year Award nominations, with the winner announced no later than one week following the announcement of the annual Philly Bauce PCF Man of the Year Award winner. This award was developed in consultation with various high-ranking forum dignitaries, and is intended to provide a serious, deliberate, sober distinction, as a counterpoint to the arbitrary, unprofessional and irrational decrees of the Presidential Office of the Executive Committee of the Philly Bauce PCF Man of the Year Award.

The Exploited PCF Man of the Year Award for Meritorious Conduct Committee would like to congratulate all nominees.
