I've decided from now on that I will be doing my Top 5 Posters threads at the end of each month, rather than the beginning. It would seem it makes more sense, for example, that I do my "Philly's Top 5 Posters, October Edition" at the END of October, so the thread can recognize who were the best 5 during October, and not during the previous month.

That said, I already did the September Edition at the beginning of this month, so I won't be doing a list at the end of September. Keep an eye out for the next list near the end of October.

What would a formal announcement look like?

Same but with a heading and logo

Could you give us an example so we know what to expect and how to spot possible forgeries. Or if someone kills you, rapes your body and then masquerades as you, but presumably does not know what your heading and/or logo is we can inform the correct authorities that its likely you have been killed, raped and disposed of by inference from the difference in your official announcement style.

Just covering all the bases. Thoroughness is a virtue.
