Are you a goal setter?

This guy gave a motivational speech to my elementary school about goal setting and gave us a demonstration of his one-legged tennis. I was so impressed; I started writing and keeping track of my short and long-term goals ever since. This has worked out well for me. I think my first goal in the early 1990s was: make $25, buy ice cream and don't share.
