http://www.pajiba.com/netflix_movies_an ... resent.php <-- basically, while there was probably planted evidence, the evidence that the netflix series neglects to supply to viewers (but the prosecution supplied to the jury) is so damning that this person is convinced of avery's guilt but he is unsure that even if he is in truth guilty he should have been convicted. such as the fact he called into auto trader and always asked for teresa halbach to come, he'd come to the door wearing nothing but a towel when she came, she begged her boss not to make her go out there, he called her phone multiple times the day of her disappearance by using the *67 feature to hide his number, or that the handcuffs and legirons described in the coerced confession by his nephew were actually purchased by avery a few weeks before the murder. and if they did mention it, they didn't explain it. such as stating he had been convicted of animal cruelty before: he doused a cat in oil and threw it into a bonfire.
