I prefer Eclipse IDE to be honest over intelliJ, and it's free. Well, not for typescript. I think intelliJ has a lot going for it but i find eclipse works well for everything except ts/angular and I recommend.
Also the eclipse today was amazing. Once I get home I'll see if any of my photos are worthy but if you haven't been under the totality it's something else and needs to be experienced. It was so surreal and so jaw dropping and just so f**k amazing. I was in the Smokies and I am now drunk on moonshine.
Luckily there's another one across all of NAFTA in 2024 if you missed it

Yours look great spider. And yeah. I wasn't expecting how surreal it would look. It looked like some graphic designer that wanted something to look cool like a black hole with event horizon or something. Was a great experience. 10/10.
My sister lives in Sandusky OH so I'll be going to lake Erie for 2024 I think with the whole damn family as it passes over her house

I had a wonderful time in a national park not talking about politics to anyone and not hearing about it for hours as we just enjoyed the event. High point of 2017 for sure

We ended up going to a state park about 25 miles away, we know someone who works there and they snagged a couple of eclipse glasses for us. I believe we were at 97% and it didn't leave a whole heck of a lot uncovered. Very cool looking at it, but I was a little underwhelmed with how dark it got as I was expecting it to get darker. Don't get me wrong it got very duskish and the temp dropped 10 degrees but not anything near how it gets from totality. No doubt we will head for Cleveland in 2024.
Here's a panorama of where we watched from, ghost town below.
edit, or not... being the photo is too wide.

It was overcast all over the bay. Pretty lame here.
