The Democratic Archetype v. The Republican Archetype

Imagine, if you could, two people. The first person embodies the "average" Democrat voter. The second embodies the "average" Republican voter.
By average, I mean the common traits and beliefs that are held by the majority of each parties registered members. Note that there is no independent here - both archetypes are registered to their party, and only have the common traits of the people in those parties.
You must pick one person to hang out with at a bar. Nothing political or "serious" will be discussed. Just casually hanging out.
Who do you pick, and why?
