After dealing with the Italian Postal Service (among others), I'll never gripe about the USPS again. Selling products online quickly teaches an American that we have one of the best public postal services in the world and how much I take for granted getting 99% of my stuff in a timely manner.
The British and Canadian Posts are good too. Italy, Greece, Spain, and France? I'm pretty much done with selling there.

my sister works for the USPS and the amount of stuff they're required to know and do in order to be as efficient as they are blows my mind. i know i could never do it.

I've never really experienced horror with the USPS. Some odd delays, but for the price I think it's always been a fair deal. Whenever I order from an Amazon shopper I always receive my stuff in less than 6 days. I've known my mailman for over two years now so I'm not worried about anything on that end.
