Terrible, terrible call. When I 1st saw it I thought baseball was using replacement refs/umps. Not only was the pop-up too deep to be called an 'infield' fly ball, but the Ump waited until the ball almost hit the ground before he made the call.. The infield fly rule should be called as soon as the Umps can see if the pop-up is going to be near the infield, not called when they see where it landed.. I mean damn, even the rule in the rulebook says the Ump needs to make the call IMMEDIATELY..
It's a pretty simple rule, I can't understand how it got F'ed up.
