Well done Em!


Funnily enough, I put a new lightbulb in my living room standard lamp yesterday. I had to go to the supermarket because all the bulbs I have are bayonett fittings and this is a screw.

Then I found I had a lamp in my bedroom with a screw fitting I'm not using any more.


I'm more surprised that the bulb went in the first place. I've gone all energy-saving for years. Never thought an energy savers ran out.

changing a lightbulb is easier & quicker than tying your shoelaces.

Not if you don't have a bulb with the right fitting.

are light fixtures in the UK some sort of strange rube goldberg puzzle or something?

how many women does it take to change a lightbulb?

I don't understand how you've gone this far in your life and not changed a lightbulb.
