Where should I vacation this winter?
Posted: Mon Aug 20, 2012 6:11 pmjust wrapping a marijuana campaign up here in LA. gonna go on a quick break to mexico but otherwise going to continue working until the election. after that i would like to go on a nice break somewhere for the winter, since political work will be dead for a little while. basically just considering places i can get laid everyday and live well on under US$60/day.
option 1: medellin, colombia
metro population: 3.5 million
rent: difficult to get own apt, will have to rent a room in an apt. looks like i can get a room in a nice penthouse condo in poblado (rich part of town) for 600,000COP/month (US$330/month).
main benefit is climate, the city of eternal spring. never hot, never cold. cocaine is cheap but i dont like snorting stuff up my nose. easy city to pull girls and if you strike out, the pros arent going to break the bank. also most beautiful women in the americas IMO.
option 2: cebu, philippines
metro population: 2.5 million
rent: this is the big what if right now. a couple of my friends are going right now, and if we all go together the plan is to rent a house with a private pool, but having a difficult time finding a house within budget.
main benefit is the fact that the philippines is the easiest place on the planet for an american guy to get laid. and cebu is the epicenter of the non-pro scene. but plenty of negatives as well. crappy food, crappy P4P scene, etc.
option 3: phnom penh, cambodia
metro population: 2 million
rent: my friend is currently renting a serviced apt for $250/month incl utilities and super fast wifi and daily maid service and laundry. would prolly get the same place.
main benefit: everything is super cheap. 50 cents for a pack of cigarettes, 50 cents for beer during happy hour, etc.
negatives: pretty much no non-pro scene, will depend entirely on working girls for sex, but it's nt expensive so not a big deal, still no problem keeping within budget. another concern is the fact that there is not a whole lot to do in the city, it's not very developed, doesn't have the world class malls the cities above have for example. didn't even have a movie theatre until a year ago.
