If all outside influence were removed. 1, Would N Korea be dragged kicking and screaming into the modern era. 2, Or would S Korea be dragged kicking and screaming into the stone age. My guess is #1. Note, having a nuke don't automatically = civilized. One thing about N Korea though, even though they have one, they seem to understand they can't really play with it. In that respect, they may have more on the ball then Iran.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
