Companies will be able to sue the signatories for lost profits as a result of regulation.
It will allow and call for criminal penalties for copyright infringements.
It strengthens medical patent law so that a company will be able to patent the same medication in different delivery formats (gel pills, normal pills, injection), extending the patent well beyond legislative limits (and therefore making generic drugs less doable).
Etc.

No policy is ever going to be good for everyone.
Anyway, it's impossible to discuss what the impact of the TPP will be, since the contents are secret, so none of us know the details. Personally I oppose it for this reason alone, since it is inherently anti-democratic.
