It's amazing how you guys will talk about statistics in such an uninformed way. As if an event being rare exempts it from prosecution. Sorry, not how it works - just because there are more dangerous things than guns doesn't mean parents shouldn't face jail time for allowing their three year old to shoot himself in the face with a loaded firearm.
