The limit you just set is totally arbitrary, and also a pretty big infringement upon a persons rights. Do you think that maybe the rest of Americans have as much a right to establish arbitrary infringements on rights, or is that power limited to those that agree with you?

So you believe weapons can be restricted if they aren't important to militia function?
So a handgun, rarely used in modern combat?
I assume tanks would be pretty important to fighting the tyrant, so you have no problem with someone owning that right? Also, hard to win without air support, so private bombers should also be allowed, I presume.
