That's just wrong though. Most of Africa is now outpacing Asia in growth. I'm saying Africa today could be what asia is today, had a few things been done differently. They weren't and so it isn't. But as labor costs in china rise, and as many african countries gain stability and infrastructure, manufacturing will start shifting there in massive numbers. We can already see it beaning to happen with African countries posting 6-8% growth rates.
It's not if, it's when. I think 2010 was to Africa what 1980 was to china. Give it 2-3 decades.
