Just doing a search under "ambassador" brings up tons of hits saying it was thought it was a terrorist attack, even al Qaeda, in the days surrounding the event (the date of the articles reflect same). I still don't see "the administration" pushing this, I see different people interviewed at different times saying different things. To me, if it was "being pushed," no one, including the president, would be saying otherwise. It seems more like a f**k of communication than any sort of concerted effort to deceive. And I still don't accept the reasoning that they thought it was necessary to "deceive." Maybe Obama said they were "desciminated (sp)" but I never took that to mean al Qaeda was no longer a threat. Never, ever in this election season did I think Obama thought that.
Out of curiousity, who specifically do you consider "administration?"
