ACA is only the crude, primitive beginnings of a way of attempting to deal economic and social trends that are occurring.
An attempt to retain a commercially exploitative social system while dealing with the social damage that any such system has to cause.
but it is a tiny baby step toward social and economic justice

Exactly Prof--plus, what if you barely make enough to get by, or are flat-out unemployed--i.e., what money to set aside?
On a separate note: the [url=http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2014/jul/23/mitch-mcconnell/mitch-mcconnell-claims-devastating-tax-increase-mi/]lies just keep coming from people like McConnell as to how the ACA is going to "devastate" the middle class."
I'm guessing death panels will be dragged out again.
