Yep, like I said the GOP started this fire, and now their whining that the Dems aren't rushing in to save the people in danger from the fire... If the GOP didn't start the fire none of this would be an issue..

And what makes it sadder is now it looks like the GOP has the votes in the HoR to pass a clean bill, but Bohner refuses to let it come up for a vote.. So not only did they start the fire, but now that they have the means to put it out the GOP refuses to..

Most of the GOP Reps are in safe, voter friendly districts, so they don't have to worry about their jobs... But on a national level they're killing the GOP.. Good!

You'd have an easier time reading my post if your head weren't so far up your own ass. I never said the shut down was Obama's doing. I said he is intentionally trying to inflict discomfort on Americans in an effort to make the Republicans cave. He has 7 people guarding an open air WWII memorial that used to be open 24/7 and frequently unguarded. Memorials and monuments were not closed during the last shut down; it takes more work to close them than it does to open them. He has people barricading parking lots. They're refusing to fund specific programs (like the ones treating kids with cancer) because they want the shut down to hurt. They're glad to see the market down today.

The gubmint should only be in charge of the SC and the military, anything else they do is a waste of taxpayer money.
