I've been there and it's not pretty as it is. I got through my early 20's.. making about 25-30k I might add, by the skin of my teeth trying to start a business, pay for marketing, all types of stuff. This would have been the straw the broke the camels back.

I'm not anti single payer. I would kill baby kittens for a single payer system


what I'm saying is that, will a single payer system really make things more affordable without addressing somehow the health care costs in general. If something is expensive, does it really matter how you pay for it? It's still too expensive.


What I'm saying is that the staggering health care costs we have is why we could not have a single payer system. Single payer is not going to work when it costs 20 grand to drop a baby.
