I'm pretty sure that if the majority of people doesn't want to give their guns up, the authorities have to toughen gun control everywhere

Hey did you hear that the woman who opened fire at the Michigan Home Depot is getting charged? Un-American! She was justified in using deadly force... against fleeing shoplifters.

So who and what will set the criteria for state of mental health? Some will be cut and dried black and white, however the grey area will be much larger. Even a simple traffic ticket could be bent to say you are unable to follow the law.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
