Nope. I just now realized that rights are non-existent, and only exist as a means of obsfucating our relationship with government and to justify sloppy political philosophies.

Are you honestly making the case that because a city council in Wisconsin decided that a man can't raise chickens in his backyard, that individual rights don't exist?

Ok, then you don't want to have a conversation about rights then. Individual rights, where they come from, their nature, etc., are topics of political theory. And I will never be able to make any sense to you when I say, "people have the right to get an abortion," or "people have the right to keep what they earn," without you knowing why I think that.
