This whole ship thing has me weirded out. Like this was a signal sent to Trump over something. It suddenly changed course so that it would cross the path of the tanker ship...and it kept going for an hour afterwards and then turned back after "confusion on the deck" was handled.

the ship thing is so messed up. the amount of people on the destroyer who failed at their duty is staggering. there's gotta be a dozen people who would have seen this vessel, plus everyone in CIC screaming at the bridge... and no alarm was sounded

the tanker... f**k if i believe that captain. the tanker was on autopilot. it only moved to the right because of the impact and the force of the destroyer as it moved it southward. it accelerated after the collision. it went at like 15-18knots for half an hour before someone realized they hit something

that said it was entirely the destroyer's fault. heads should roll for this disaster

But why? Other than a minor ding to credibility and the loss of seven sailors, this act has no consequences. What kind of message would be sent by this, assuming some nefarious actor?

some sort of false flag
some sort of distraction from the imminent impeachment from the findings of the Russosphere

left is treading in dangerous waters and they will end up with the democratic version of Michele Bachman being elected. indeed, it can get worse than Squaw Warren

Just a thought. It's really hard for me to understand how that ship couldn't have seen that enormous tanker. Was nobody on deck? Everybody sleeping?
